Mr. Lisanne Kesting has been an attorney since February 2018 and has specialized in representing entrepreneurs. Personal, direct and results-oriented.
As an entrepreneur herself, she knows better than anyone how important it is to fully focus on the growth and development of your business. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, she learned from a young age what it takes to run your own business. Her specializations lie within the law of obligations, where she supports entrepreneurs in drafting and reviewing agreements, collecting unpaid claims (debt collection), and conducting legal proceedings.
With years of experience at reputable firms in Amsterdam and The Hague, Lisanne combines a practical approach with a sharp eye for detail. She is known for her direct and clear communication and makes complex legal issues understandable for her clients.
Lisanne serves a diverse group of entrepreneurs, including many clients with an Iranian background. Whether it concerns preventive advice or resolving complex disputes, Lisanne is the attorney who stands by your side in every phase of your entrepreneurship.
Lisanne was sworn in on February 14, 2018 and is registered with the Dutch Bar Association in the Amsterdam district. Her areas of law are civil procedural law and insolvency law. In September 2024, she was profiled in the Advocatenblad about her path to entrepreneurship and the founding of Kesting Legal.
Lisanne Kesting is an independent attorney and entrepreneur, working from her own private limited company, Kesting Legal B.V. (Chamber of Commerce number: 42023275). AvO Advocaten (a trade name of Vibe Legal B.V.) has a partnership with Kesting Legal B.V. Clients of Lisanne Kesting contract directly with Kesting Legal B.V.
