Mr. Vincent Besters has been a lawyer for over 16 years and co-founded the law firm Van der Kooij Besters Advocaten in Amsterdam more than 13 years ago. He primarily assists entrepreneurs and specializes in corporate law, contract law, liability law and real estate law.

Vincent represents both clients in legal proceedings and provides legal advice without litigation. He has extensive experience with summary proceedings, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, real estate disputes and debt collection. He has handled hundreds of cases before courts and appeal courts, including regular proceedings, summary proceedings and procedures before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
In recent years, Vincent has also assisted entrepreneurs with buying and selling companies, concluding and terminating lease agreements, drafting shareholder agreements, advice on dealing with defaulting debtors and clients, debt collection and more.

After graduating with a law degree from Amsterdam VU University in 2009, Vincent was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2009.
